continuing education &
professional development
At the EPS, we believe that professional growth is a lifelong journey. As psychological science continues to evolve, staying informed about emerging research, innovative methodologies, and evidence-based practices is essential for psychologists, researchers, educators, and mental health professionals.
Our Continuing Education & Professional Development initiative aims to support professionals at every stage of their careers by providing access to high-quality educational resources, specialised training opportunities, and international knowledge exchange.

Through flexible online learning, interactive workshops, expert-led seminars, and collaborative educational programmes, we seek to bridge the gap between scientific research and professional practice while encouraging interdisciplinary cooperation across Europe and beyond.
Training & Professional Development Opportunities
The European Psychological Society aims to offer a diverse range of learning opportunities designed to accommodate different professional interests, career stages, and learning preferences.

Workshops & Practical Skills Development
Focused, interactive workshops designed to strengthen specific professional competencies through practical exercises, case discussions, and applied learning.
Workshops may address psychological assessment techniques, therapeutic approaches, research methodologies, communication skills, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programmes
Structured educational activities designed to support ongoing professional competence and lifelong learning.
Where appropriate, selected programmes may offer certificates of participation or completion and documented learning hours. Formal CPD recognition or accreditation would depend on the requirements of relevant professional and regulatory bodies.
